How To Get There
Sat Nav? - RHS Garden Wisley, Wisley Lane, Woking, GU23 6QB
From M25
Leave the M25 at junction 10, then at roundabout take the exit sign posted for Guildford, Portsmouth and then merge onto the A3.
Take the next exit sign posted for Woking, Ripley .At the roundabout take the 3rd exit sign posted London, Wisley RHS Garden and merge onto the A3.
Turn left at the next exit sign posted Wisley RHS Garden and follow the signs for event parking.
From A3
Follow the A3 north toward London. After the exit sign posted for Woking, Ripley turn left at the exit sign posted for RHS Garden Wisley and follow the signs for event parking.
Parking
There are plenty of parking spaces available at RHS Gardens, Wisley and there will be signs directing you. We have been allocated Car Park 3 by the RHS and would ask you to park in spaces as directed by our marshals. Please note that while we can park you near to the venue, there is only one entrance and exit so there might be a short queue when you exit the site.
Information
There will be an information marquee located in the Car Park of RHS Wisley.
Baggage
Although we cannot guarantee the security of your bags, there will be a manned baggage area for you to leave your bags in which will be in the information marquee. If you have travelled by car, it will be safer to leave your bags and valuables in your vehicle.
Car Keys
If you wish to leave your car keys somewhere secure, please take them to the information marquee where they will be tagged with your race number and keep hold of them until you have finished. You must have your race number to be able to collect them.
iPod, MP3's?
We strongly discourage the use of any equipment that acts as an impediment to hearing or concentration when competing. This includes, but is not limited to, mobile telephones, personal stereos, iPod’s and other MP3 players. Inmotion Sport cannot be responsible for accidents resulting from racing with such equipment.
Changing
There will be no change facilities at this event. Please arrive in kit and ready to run.
Course
The trails are generally good underfoot but some areas soft and sandy with the route being flat/undulating. You will be running on mixed terrain which contains a large number of tree roots but the event team will mark any visible hazzards.
Timing & Results
To enable us to give you an accurate finishing time, Chip Timing will be used at this event. The Chips will be issued on the day at the information tent. Please ensure that you allow enough time to collect your chip. Please ensure that your chip is tied securely to your shoe laces. Chips will be collected from you after the race, however, failure to return the Chips will result in a charge of £10 by the chip hire company.
We will also have a race clock at the finish line with results being posted on the website later on race day.
First Aid
Medical support will be present on the course and at the finish. You should be relatively fit and have no known medical conditions that would place your health in danger. Please note - do not run with a cold or flu. This can be extremely dangerous. Please seek expert medical advice if you have any health concerns prior to the race.
Toilets
Located at the RHS Wisley Car Park by the Information marquee which is close to the course. No toilets are located at the start area.
Water
Water will be available once on the course and at the finish. Please bring your own water to drink prior to the start.
Prizes
The first three men and first three women across the line will be awarded prizes on the day.
Hot Food & Drink
Will be available for purchase at Wisley RHS Wisley.

- Timing chip tied in to your shoe lace
- A change of clothing for after the run
- Money for tea / coffee / food
- To eat a healthy meal and to avoid alcohol the night before the event
- To eat something light and drink plenty of water prior to the event
